The full text below is the terms snapshot saved with a new booking and included in its confirmation email. References to the email describe the confirmation you will receive after booking.
Your appointment
Jonathan Bonello, trading as Tachyharmonic, offers one-to-one online sessions for thinking and exploring the use of AI together. One hour costs £30 supported, £50 standard or £70 solidarity. Two hours costs £100 standard or £140 solidarity. The whole price is shown before you pay. A two-hour session is one appointment.
Sessions take place online through Google Meet. Appointments are offered up to four weeks ahead, with at least 48 hours’ notice. A time shown as available is provisional until reserved and confirmed.
Payment is handled by Stripe. Payment alone does not confirm an appointment. The contract is made when the booking service confirms that the paid appointment has been secured. Your confirmation email records the contract time, appointment details, price and the terms for your booking; keep it for future reference. If payment succeeds but an appointment cannot be secured, a full refund is arranged. An uncertain provider response remains pending while it is checked.
Keep your private booking-management link. It allows you to check status and request cancellation. Do not share it. You can also contact jonathan@tachyharmonic.ai about any booking or payment problem.
Cancellation and rescheduling
At least 24 hours before your appointment, the controlled cancellation route provides a full refund under Jonathan’s policy, subject to your statutory rights. Both hours of a two-hour appointment are cancelled together. If cancellation or refund processing is delayed, the status will remain pending until the provider confirms the action.
Under 24 hours, your request goes to Jonathan for personal review. Submitting a request does not itself confirm cancellation or a refund under this appointment policy. There is no automatic blanket forfeiture. Your statutory rights take precedence; a valid statutory cancellation does not depend on Jonathan approving it.
For rescheduling, email Jonathan. A new time must be checked before a move is confirmed.
Your statutory cancellation rights
For an eligible online service contract, you normally have 14 days after the day the contract is made to cancel without giving a reason. This period runs from the contract date, not backwards from the appointment date. Your confirmation email records the normal cancellation deadline.
To exercise this right, send Jonathan a clear statement that you wish to cancel, by email or post using the trader contact details. Sending your cancellation before the period ends is sufficient to meet the deadline. You may use the model form below, but you do not have to. The private online cancellation route is optional. If you use it under 24 hours ahead, Jonathan will review your statutory rights as well as the appointment policy.
If you want preparation or the session to begin during that period, we ask separately for your express request. If you then cancel after work has begun, a proportionate amount for services actually supplied may be payable where the law permits. This is assessed by Jonathan and is not an automatic fee. Your statutory change-of-mind cancellation right ends after the service is fully performed only where you requested early performance and acknowledged that consequence.
The separate, initially unticked early-performance choice is: “I expressly request preparation and my session to begin within my 14-day cancellation period. I understand that, if I cancel after work begins, a proportionate amount for work actually supplied may be payable where the law permits, and that my statutory cancellation right ends once the service is fully performed.”
Where a statutory refund is due for this service contract, it will be made without undue delay and no later than 14 days after Jonathan is informed of your cancellation, using the original payment method unless you expressly agree otherwise, without a reimbursement fee. Any legally permitted proportionate amount for services supplied is assessed as described above.
“Refund initiated” means the payment provider has accepted the refund; it does not mean the money has already appeared at your bank.

Booking privacy
Jonathan is responsible for the booking information. Contact jonathan@tachyharmonic.ai with privacy questions or requests.
The booking service collects your name and email to arrange and deliver the appointment, and records the selected time, rate, payment references, cancellation state and your early-performance choice. The basis for information necessary to provide the service is taking steps at your request and performing the contract. Necessary accounting records support legal obligations. Limited security and operational records are used for the legitimate interests of protecting the service, preventing misuse and resolving booking or payment failures.
Your note is optional and limited to 1,200 characters. Jonathan can read it through a protected operator route to prepare for the session. Please avoid health information, passwords and other sensitive details. No AI note processing, recording or transcription is included in this booking flow. The note is kept in the private booking store and is excluded from payment and scheduling metadata, calendar entries, routine emails and logs.
Cloudflare hosts the private booking service and records. Stripe handles payment and also processes information for its own payment-security and legal purposes. Google Calendar and Google Meet arrange and deliver the session under Google’s applicable privacy terms. Resend sends transactional messages. Card details go to Stripe; this website does not store them. The separate Porkbun mailbox handles human correspondence.
These services may process information outside the UK, including in the United States. Resend stores message content and delivery records in the US; choosing its Ireland sending region does not change that storage location. Cloudflare, Stripe and Resend publish contractual transfer safeguards including standard contractual clauses with the UK Addendum; Google publishes its international-transfer arrangements, including the UK extension to the Data Privacy Framework. Read Cloudflare’s data-processing terms, Stripe’s transfer information, Google’s privacy policy and transfer arrangements, and Resend’s processing and retention information. Contact Jonathan for further information about the safeguards relevant to your booking.
Abandoned or failed booking notes are cleared during scheduled cleanup. Notes for paid appointments are scheduled for clearing 30 days after the appointment; a failed booking clears its note sooner. Other booking and contact records are retained while needed to deliver the appointment, resolve a payment, refund or complaint, meet accounting obligations or establish and defend legal claims. Jonathan’s retention procedure calls for a monthly review, keeping only information needed for those purposes and removing or anonymising it when the purpose ends.
Provider copies and backups follow separate retention and deletion processes. Deleting information from the booking service does not immediately delete copies held by a payment provider, calendar service, email recipient or backup system. Jonathan considers those copies when handling a deletion request and explains any records that must be retained.
You may ask for access, correction or deletion, restriction, portability or object where applicable. Some records may need to be retained for legal obligations or disputes. You may complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office. The booking service makes no AI decisions about you.
The browser keeps only a private recovery token and opaque booking references in session storage to recover an interrupted checkout. Treat the management link as private. Name, email and note are not deliberately saved in browser storage by the booking code.
